David understands that it his job to assist in making your event go as well as it possibly can and he will do everything in his power to make that happen.

Your Investment

David has a daily fee, irrespective of whether you book him for a keynote speech or a Masterclass.

A 50% deposit will secure the date you require. The balance of your professional investment is due on or directly before the date of presentation.

Expenses

Flight: David will require a single economy air fare from New York, NY, USA to the location of your event.
Hotel: David requests a non smoking room that includes pre paid ADSL internet access if available in the hotel.
We pride ourselves on keeping your expenses to a minimum and do not charge you for anything else.

Audio Visual Equipment

  • Wireless lapel/lavaliere microphone for David
  • LCD projector with laptop connection cables
  • A back up laptop is a requested option redundancy measure as we always carry a data stick or CD copy of our presentation slides
  • Two flipcharts with full set of oversized felt pens (masterclasses only)

Handouts (masterclasses only)

David will be pleased to email you a copy of the delegate handout at least 45 days prior to your event for you to produce copies for all your delegates or insert it into the conference program. If you e-mail your conference, event, organization and sponsor logos these can be professionally added to the handout before it is sent to you.

Learning Resources

If you grant us permission for learning resources to be sold that will further enhance the development of the delegates, a 6 foot table is required directly inside the meeting room. It would be greatly appreciated if you would inform your MC to advise the audience that learning resources are available at the back of the meeting room.
